What apps does App Pulse work with?

Any web app with a public URL — Lovable, Bolt, Replit, custom builds, anything. We connect monitoring at the infrastructure level, not the code level, so it doesn't matter what built it.

What does "agentic triage" actually mean?

When an alert fires, a Claude-powered agent reads the error context, classifies the issue, checks a known playbook of common fixes, and attempts resolution automatically. It logs everything it does. If it can't fix it, it escalates with full context to a human — not a ticket queue.

What counts as "human intervention time"?

Any time a human is actively working on your app — investigating an issue the agent flagged, making a code or config change, running a fix. Reading your monthly report, answering a Slack question, or the agent auto-fixing something doesn't count against your minutes.

What happens when I go over my included minutes?

You get a heads-up before we go over. Overage is billed at $175/hour at the end of the month. There are no surprise invoices.

Can I monitor apps I didn't build with James?

Yes. App Pulse is infrastructure-level monitoring. We can instrument any app regardless of how or where it was built.

Is this different from just using Sentry or UptimeRobot myself?

Those are tools. App Pulse is a managed service. You can buy a stethoscope, but that doesn't make you a doctor. The tools are part of what we use. What you're paying for is someone who knows what to do when they go off.
